Shape, that is. I have gained 7 lbs since I started at ATC. Mostly due to the fact that I eat two meals a day at the office where I used to skip breakfast and have a SUPER light lunch. I know you're not supposed to skip breakfast, but I was usually running late and if I eat breakfast I am typically STARVING by 11 a.m.
All through college I was blessed enough to have a WONDERFUL work out partner in my dear friend, Abby. Although, she only lives 45 minutes away now...it's not very conducive for us to work out together.
However, yesterday...I discovered a new work out buddy! Whoo hoo. I start tomorrow morning at 5 a.m. (gasp!) and this friend of mine, Ashley, and her sister run or walk 5 days a week. I am so excited...and a little hesitant about being up at 5 a.m., but if it gets this flabby but of mine in shape again-I am game!
Not to mention that we are going skiing in less than two weeks and I will DIE if I don't get started doing some type of exercise.
Happy Thursday! I hope you all have a beautiful, blessed day!

Good for you for working out....I need to, but that's as far as I've gotten--acknowledging it! Have fun skiing next week!
Good luck with the 5 am workout! You are brave!
I am impressed with your workout commitment! I wake up at 5:30 every morning, but only because I have to be at work at 6:30...otherwise, no motivation!
I really don't want to gain weight and be big and pregnant looking, but right now I just look weird because you can't tell I am pregnant but I definitely look like I've gotten "thicker." So I am anxious to have an actual baby bump instead of just thickness!
Well, girl, I cannot imagine that you are 'flabby' at all, but good luck to you! Getting back in shape at any size is a pain! In fact, it just makes me want to sit on the couch and eat some ice cream! :) Hope all is well for you guys! Thanks for the comment. I am trying to get better at blogging! I will 'follow' you! I am getting bigger and you will be getting smaller! :) We will have to keep up, I will gain what you lose! LOL!
